They have such outstanding pieces that are spectacular to look at and also extremely good quality. We ended up getting several chobi rugs and runners as well in love with them at first sight. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure we loved every rug we chose for our home. Nadeem came to deliver our rugs, and helped us put them all in place. We ended needing bigger sizes for some of our rooms, and Ahmed was kind enough to bring the new rugs with him, and exchanged them with old rugs. Needless to say KB rugs customer service is unlike I have ever seem, they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Plus they also have a beautiful collection of rugs. I would definitely recommend them as your go to store for carpets and rugs!

The owner, Nadeem, was absolutely amazing in understanding what I was looking for, the size of my space, and the vision I was aiming for. He didn't try to upsell, and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choice. I can't recommend this place enough. So so so knowledgable. I owed Nadeem a review way back in Nov, but I just had to wait until I was able to find all the pieces for this space. Couldn't be happier!

I never knew that buying a rug can be such a daunting affair. So many places sell them. The prices range from the low hundreds to the high thousands. Material and workmanship is also pretty diverse! That is why we really appreciated our experience at KB rugs. We dealt with Ahmad who has a background in interior design. He educated us on the variety of rugs available and how to go about picking the right one for us. We were impressed with his product knowledge and his passion for design. In addition, he was very courteous and nice. He never pushed and went to great length to ensure that we bought the right rug for the space! I sent family members to go see him and they all said the same thing! That speaks for consistency in providing great customer service, and consistency leads to repeat business! Thank you Ahmad for being so good at what you do! we will definitely be back !

I met Ahmad and he was so fantastic to deal with that I chose to purchase from him a rug for my new home. Selection, quality and service is top notch! Ahmad is knowledgeable and offers great advice to make your home look beautiful. I am still in the early stages of decorating but know that I will definitely be purchasing more rugs from him. Highly recommend!

Arzish then asked us about our preferences and pulled out some really good pieces. He then brought a few carpets over to our place to make sure we are happy with the colours on our wood flooring. Not only did we love the carpet we picked but also the customer service that Arzish extended! We will definitely look forward to coming to KB Rugs for our next carpet!
