★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Just called and asked about a product and price, the lame staff member came back with wrong product and no price, She did not check the shelf only online and then she hung up on me !!!!! I have spent sooooooo much $$$$$ in this store !!! Even when I have visited the staff spend one second or two with you and on to the next customer. I'm guessing they are on commission ! They should be trained in politeness and customer service. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

I asked employees if they don’t carry it anymore or just sold out, the answer from manager if you don’t see it we don’t have it… I said I want to know if it is discontinued and the employee starts giving me attitude and says they never carried it even though I would purchase it there regularly. I won’t be going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in Healthy Planet in Mississauga. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, expending $300/month and the employees so disrespectful, lack of knowledge and not customer service experience at all. It was my favorite place but I do not understand how come the employees can destroy the image of a place. Today was the worst experience ever in Healthy Planet Mississauga. If the employees do not know the products, they should be honest and say that they do not know instead of saying that they do not have it.
So disrespectful the way these employees fight with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s okay product wise - not always well stocked though. They used to have one employee that was really helpful if you were looking for something or needed information about a product (or needed recommendations), but now you kind of have to know what you need and where to find it on your own.
The biggest deterrent now is the types of people that shop there - 95% maskless (even with a cough) now that the mandates have dropped. No where else do I see shoppers like this. Guess they think the arms full of vitamins and supplements they’re buying are going to stop them from getting and spreading Covid to others.
Thanks, but no thanks. I’ll shop at one of the other locations for now.

I love shopping here and will continue to support this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there with an idea of what I wanted, and when I asked the HP employee (Alicia) for help finding a product, she ended up walking me to it, and helping me pick a more efficacious version that just happened to be cheaper because it was on sale.
Getting an idea of how knowledgeable Alicia was, I decided to ask her about everything I had on my list and she gave me a crash course in everything from essential fatty acids to trace minerals.
Healthy Planet: whatever you're playing Alicia, it isn't enough. I've received far less from NDs that I was paying for advice - here she was giving it to me for free.
Incredible customer service. I'm giving her 5 stars because 95 isn't an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of products! There were a few "hard-to-find" items on my list that I was able to get at this store. They also have sales pretty frequently. On my last visit, I received great customer service from a knowledgeable and friendly young lady (I would mention her name, if I remembered it... a blonde woman). How she treated the customers definitely stood out from the other employees.
