Horrible, dishonest company. I have been a GC in the construction industry for 15 years and I have never experienced such carelessness for finish and client satisfaction. Many issues with not paying trades. Buyer beware.

I found Prompt Builders is a good company to trust for your projects. They are behind what they design and build. While they were not the cheapest in price, the cost is worth it in the end. I recommend Prompt Builders.

@Muneer kinani, I personally had a very good experience with this company .They have renovated my whole house and also I got a new kitchen too. They are the best My house now worth it 1.5 million dollars in the market. During the construction or research if any construction company find something major to be repair they will ask for more money which is correct because they can't find out until they start the process so it is normal but you get the return three times more when the construction is over . I will recommend this company to all my friends and relatives. Thank you Paro

My mom signed with this company supposedly for the bathrooms for our new house. Three of them sat with her and made a whole contract with everything being included and she even gave a deposit. Two weeks go and they called my mom and told her That she had to pay 13 thousand more meanwhile they haven’t started anything in the house and two weeks went by for nothing even though we told them we’re in a rush and it needs to be done so my time was wasted because of a mistake they made. Everyone in the family was hurt and upset by this unprofessional behaviour. I do not recommend this company at all from my experience.

We recently moved into our new home and knew beforehand that we would have to update several major aspects of our home. Starting from the ground floor we were looking at updating our old carpet floors to new hardwood and completely renovate our kitchen and main floor bathroom. And the basement clearly hadn't been touched since it was built meaning it needed a lot of work. Before undertaking such a large project, I spoke to good friends about a company they trusted that could get such a project done. After all is said and done, I am very glad and happy that I went with Prompt Builders to get these various renovations done. I have no experience in renovations nor design so I was a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of having to basically renovate the whole house. Thankfully, the team was able to give me fantastic design and building suggestions. From choosing the new hardwood flooring that would replace the current carpet flooring, to the demolition of the current kitchen and bathroom and replacing it, they walked me through the entire design and renovation process and made it easy. Things I didn't think were possible or didn't realize we could do to improve, the Prompt Builders team were able to point out to me. For example, in our main bathroom I wanted to just replace the bathroom but after consulting with the team, I realized that we could move the toilet freeing up more space for a larger vanity and increasing overall usable space. Also the basement renovation was very ambitious as well as we aimed to rent it out, but it was done in an efficient manner and on schedule. Prompt Builders did everything on budget and on schedule. They had a dedicated team and I was always able to reach someone there whenever I had a concern or comment about something, which was important with last minute changes and design changes. I appreciated how hard the employees were working and their dedication to keeping things clean too. I look forward to using them again for future renovation projects and can full heartily recommend them!

Prompt Builders is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. While they were not the cheapest pricewise, the cost is worth it in the end. You made my family very happy and proud of our new kitchen. Thank you!
