★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My building management hired this company to do repairs on the outer building, upon watching them and asking questions about the work they did to the building they drilled out some of the old bricks and then applied caulking which won't prevent water damage from happening and won't last very long in the weather. Not to mention they were suppose to do our balconies too between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm it's now 12:47pm and they have not shown up to the job site. Very unprofessional definatly would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the quality of the supervision of the work done, and the lack of ownership of mistakes made / or things they missed.
My perception is that this contractor will do anything to "just barely" comply with the code / requirements, right in the line at the lowest possible cost for them, but highest price for the customer. In my experience, I felt they were incredibly irresponsible and careless with regards to the safety of the customer while they do their work. Overall, I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.
