I bought all my furniture from Naked Furniture not even visiting the store once. Their service is exceptional. They communicated with me through emails and suggested different options based on my budget. When the furniture came I was in awe with the quality and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend. I bought a queen bed, two full beds, one round 42 inch kitchen table and another table for my sewing machine. They are all a piece of art. I will keep ordering with them as I still need more pieces. Keep up the good work Naked Furniture.

We have made several purchases over the years and have always been very happy with the outcome. The latest purchase was a dresser and was finished beautifully. I would recommend Naked Furniture to anyone who is looking for high quality solid wood furniture.

We have been extremely pleased with all the special work that the Naked Furniture team of Brian & Roz have done for us over the last 9 months and we highly recommend their high quality workmanship, their professional approach and their willingness to take on unusual tasks. For example, after a complete 6 month renovation of our main floor and basement, it was time to shop and select our furnishings. Couches and chairs are one thing but nice and unique accent pieces are items that make the place pop. After failing to find what we wanted, we went to Naked Furniture and met Roz and Brian and as a result of their versatility and willingness to tackle unusual jobs, we had them do a number of projects for us. First they built a customized Cupboard unit for our kitchen complete with an aged finish in Dill Pickle green. The unit was perfect and was exactly the result we were looking for. Next, we decided to re-purpose two of our old oak tables and have them finished in a Raccoon Fur grey colour. The results once again were superb and the finish expertly done. Soon afterwards, we found a small, broken-down wooden bench with sliding doors that would fit perfectly into our foyer. We had been looking for such a unit for a long time. We got it at a good price and took it to Naked Furniture and asked them to both repair and finish the unit in black. The finished product was amazing! It looked much better than we had ever imagined it could. Our most recent project involved our child’s wooden rocking chair that has been in our family for more than 80 years. Over the years, the arms and spindles had come loose and the finish on the wood was well worn. We took it to Naked Furniture and asked if they could repair and refinish the chair. One unique aspect of the chair was a decal on the back rest that we wanted to have preserved at all costs. Brian agreed to take on the task and the results were absolutely fantastic. The chair looks great and the finish was so well done that the chair actually looks like it glows in the light. And Brian’s careful work on the decal not only kept the decal in tact but he also went to great lengths to finish it so that it would be well protected from wear and tear in the future. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the great folks at Naked Furniture & Lighting and especially Samira. We absolutely love our dinning table we recently redecorated with so many great items from Naked Furniture. We must thank Samira and Adel as they helped us with great tasteful decorating ideas and worked with us through so many visits to the store with a warm and friendly greeting on every visit and always over the top service. As an interior designer, one of the best manufacturers of handmade furniture that I can introduce to all my clients is Naked Furniture & Lighting store. Samira and Adel are great to help clients to choose the best product for their homes. We had a great experience shopping at Naked Furniture and Lighting. Both from being very friendly and responsive in visiting the showroom and getting an excellent experience in person. I had the opportunity to work with Samira and she was very helpful through the entire process. We were looking at the Dinning tables which meant we had a lot of selections in terms of size, style and wood finishes. She was informative from the start and gave us ample time to browse the large selection of dinning tables in their store. I am not sure what all these glaring reviews are about. We ordered about $20,000 worth of furniture from Adel at Naked Furniture, the owner and it was four months late and after it was finally delivered there was some damage to the bed that he came down to look at and said he would come back to repair and he never came back. Of course at this point he was fully paid so he in his mind had no reason to come back. We bought about $50,000 worth of furniture from Naked Furniture years ago when it was owned by another gentleman but I guess with this new ownership customer service is not as high a priority.It is a shame we like their furniture and we do need a few more pieces but I cannot do business with someone who does not stand behind their product.
