★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a barbell and collars here. Knew what I needed but the Salesperson Julian (that was the name listed on my invoice) was so helpful I wanted to review. He was incredibly polite, helpful and didn't push anything but gave other options in case I needed them. I'll go to this location from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my heavy commercial urethane dumbbells here and they are just as good as the ones from any commercial gym. Customer service was excellent. I walked in, asked for what I wanted, and left with them after a few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give this particular location a 0 for customer service if possible... muscular guy on the floor was great... the manager (presumably the one at the cashier... mid 40s) was SO RUDE. Don't want to go into detail but the guy really doesn't think before he speaks. Thornhill location much better service... from what I've experience so far...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service and helpful salespeople -- got my barbell for way cheaper than I was seeing on Amazon. They answered their phones quickly and they didn't hesitate to check the back room to get what I needed when I showed up in person. It's a little strained for stock due to very recently announced gym closures, but still full of useful equipment and will likely be filled up when things even out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I came here to find a more suitable home gym set up. This location has an amazing selection of gym equipment made with high quality materials. Julien, the manager, was very professional, and accommodated all my needs and inquires. Lennox was also there and found him helpful as well. I ended up getting a power rack/cross box set up as this suits my needs the most. I got the lat/low pulley attachment! Also the dip attachment, and a couple pulley attachments and I’m loving this new set up. (The rest of the equipment in my pics were owned before going to the Fitness Depot).
The staff are great. The products are great. My experience was great. Thank you so much! I’ll be seeing you again soon.
I highly highly recommend going here for all your home gym equipment and/or fitness goal needs.
