★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just received the most awesome service from Print Three located at 24 Ronson Unit #1. My son has a school project that is due tomorrow. That location closes at 5pm but two gentlemen were so kind that they stayed behind and printed my son's project. We are both extremely grateful. Blessings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After receiving two too dark prints out of three I ordered, that did not show the contrast of the image well, I inquired what could be done regarding this. I was met with “we do not alter images” and there was no other solution. That was very disappointing that there was no resolution that could have been made. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are actually really amazing cause I really needed to print something important fast and they just did it easily and fast. They have really good quality machines and stuff so if you need official work done, they’re the guys to go to. They’re also very nice, friendly, easy to talk to, and understanding. Honestly I’m really grateful. Thank you so much Print3!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came a few minutes ago to do a quick print run for a friend. The man was training a new employee and was continually berating her in front of us. They made us wait 45 minutes before they could give us a quote and wanted to charge $56 just to print out 16 8.5”x11” pages which would be about $2 at any Staples. Really the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't put no stars at all if I could, and I'm surprised that people say professionals work there. All I needed is print out a 8.5 by 11 sheets of paper with a picture in it, and the picture to be centered. I was talking on the phone, and the first guy I talked to seemed nice, but the second time I called to confirm the details was epic. It was another guy, and he told me that I need to sit with a graphic designer to print what I require, and that I need to include the bleed area to print out on their printer. They don't have any templates on their website on what sizes should be for a bleed, trim and safe area so I asked the guy. I did the bleed area how he advised me to, sent him the file, called and here comes the action. He told me that it is all wrong (although another print shop where I printed everything in the end, told me that it was correct), tried to offer his graphic designer skills on the phone for money and even told me how much it would cost per hour, which I thought ridiculous considering he didn't help in the first time. Then, when I guess he realized that I'm not going to pay for the "professional service of graphic designer", he told me in a rude tone, "We are not gonna print anything for you. Time is money, and I don't want to waste my time on you so check out other print stores". Excuse me! I wasted my time on you too, and if you think that much about money than customers, and can't speak politely, then you are not professional at all! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYBODY and will never ever go there myself! There are better stores out there with good service and attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them up today morning asking for a print for 1 paper and they said that it would be $2. Since, staples online print services would have taken longer, it was an emergency and I decided to go with them. When I reached their shop for pick up, the man said $5 if you are paying by card. I asked why so much? Also why wasn't I informed that card payment would be more than double the charges. They said it is just how it is. The owner was listening to the conversation and burst in saying, " Lady, you can go to Staples but here it will be minimum 5 dollars for the card and besides I am getting broke". I was shocked at how unprofessional his attitude was, and at how he confronted me, I surely wouldn't mind paying 5 dollars if they offered an additional print or anything worth the bucks. He also had a Porsche company car parked outside, I wonder if he is getting broke enough to pay his car bills. Even the quality of his print was below avg. I just replied to him that well we all are getting broke, paid him $5.65 (with taxes). I will never go back and do not recommend this place. They are crooks and will rob the customers so they can afford their luxuries.
