★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not express my anger and disgust. Jon Weizman canceled my jobs last minute. He will not refund my deposits and I am out of pocket $2000 having to find other printers and pay their retail/rush prices. Avoid this business. The review is only one star because it is required to post, I would rate -5 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! Trust and loyalty are difficult to come by. Owning up to your mistakes goes a long way. Terrible customer service. This company is not proactive at all. Don't trust Spin Ink Screen Printing! Don't trust the owner, Jon Weizeman! Excuses are tools of the incompetent. He's really talented at that! Do you need to take a day off, but don't have a good excuse? Come here! Jon Weizeman will give you one! Whatever you do, don't trust this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was promised rush delivery on 2 jobs, assured was shipping out that day for 9 a.m delivery the following day. Not only did the order not ship but owner (Jon Weizman) refused to answer calls or emails regarding the whereabouts of both orders. Leaving us totally in the lurch, out hundreds of $'s and with 8 hours to replace the product and find decoration (which we did as we are resourceful and unlike Jon make sure our clients get what they ask for). To make matters worse, both Jon and his staff have since refused to answer calls, emails and live chats on SpinkInks website requesting the return of un-decorated product. Would not trust SpinInk with any job that you require delivery on or quality work. Do not recommend shipping blank product to him for decoration as will not be done and product will not be returned. At this point the word thieves comes to mind.

The sales representative at Spin Ink has absolutely no clue about customer service. I was told printing will be completed within 5-7 business days. After the duration of the waiting time, I had called spin ink to get an update on my order, and the rep had no clue who I was. He had simply forgotten about my order and the BS excuse he had was that he was busy with other orders. Jon was terribly rude on the phone, I'm not sure why he is in a business where customer service is key. Will never go back to spin ink, highly recommend doing research and finding a better screen printer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have mixed feelings but the rating overall reflects our current experience with spin ink.
At first Jon was the man able to get us the quality we needed fast and on-time. We started sending more work his way soon after we had a hard deadline that needed to be reached. However it was not completed on time and the lack of care about this caught us off guard. However everyone has bad days and could be swamped we were told this order would be shipped out the coming Monday. Shortly after we lost all communication with this company as they were blocking all calls from our area. We had a friend call that lives in Toronto and was able to contact him right after one of our calls went unanswered.
At this point it was blatantly clear we were getting hosed. Luckily we were able to send our friend in that area to retrieve the apparel that was shipped to Jon. Overall do not deal with this company unless you have the capabilities to visit the store in person as you will get hosed if you cannot step into the shop and babysit.
Just an FYI for Jon and staff, mistakes happen and deadlines get missed, it is always better to own up to thing instead of hiding. It’s called operating a business, and it comes with the territory. The world we live in today is very small as it’s a connected environment. You can no longer ignore calls, emails etc.. and expect problems to go away. Anyways hope you manage better next time around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Spin Ink and had a fantastic experience. I ordered a small batch of 60 t-shirts for my non-profit organization and the team at Spin Ink gave some great advice on the colour of shirt I should print my logo on, the final product turned out looking alot better than i had anticipated. From order to receiving took only 2 business days, and are quite flexible as I was able to pick-up my order from them, rather then have them ship it. Prices are very competitive and will definitely use them again for my next purchase.

These guys have always come through for me and have earned my loyalty as a customer. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my business and don't hesitate to recommend this company to others.
