★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was amazing! I phoned to inquire about having my True 550 treadmill console repaired. I spoke with Rade. I explained that the start button did not respond and the entire console panel was giving me trouble for many months. Rade suggested before bringing the console for a diagnostic test/repair I should try a couple of possible solutions to fixing the problem myself. He patiently instructed me on a couple of solutions. I did what he recommended and voila sure enough the console worked as good as new. My treadmill was up and running!!! Rade called me back the next day to see if his suggestions worked. A great guy! I will pay his kindness forward! Thanks Rade and Merry Christmas! Julius

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was excited to use this service after seeing all the great reviews. I called the owner who seemed very helpful over the phone and set up a time to come service my treadmill. An hour before his scheduled arrival he texted me that he could’t come due to car issues. I said I understood and to let me know if/when he could reschedule. He did not respond. I followed up a week later and he offered me another time to come to service the machine. We set up the time and again he did not show up, texting me about an hour before he was supposed to be there. I have since followed up and have not heard back, and have basically have been totally ghosted by this guy. I am very disappointed in this unprofessional treatment. They may be good at what they do but they would have to show up for me to actually judge that…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, knowledgeable service. I had almost given up on my 10 year old NordicTrack treadmill. The control console mostly didn’t work any more although occasionally it would come back to life for a few minutes. I was about to put it out for the trash when I decided to call RM. Rade came the next day, quickly found the problem, took it apart and fixed it in half an hour and then lubricated and adjusted the belt. It now works perfectly, like new. Saved myself about $1500 for a new treadmill and now have no excuse for not exercising!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A knowledgeable and amazing technician that I never met. He spent over 10 minutes on the phone with me trouble shooting the treadmill error I was experiencing. I followed his advice and fixed the problem myself, and believe me, I'm the furthest thing from a handy man. I was quoted hundreds of dollars bg Toronto Kijiji technicians that are greedy and attempted to exploit my lack of knowledge by over charging. Rade is not greedy for money and is honest enough to inform customers when they have a major or minor repair issue. I spoke to 10 technicians, and he was the only one that was honest enough to tell me of the treadmill minor issue. I will be calling only Rade from this point on. I highly recommend and endorse his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called & left a message for Rade about a problem with my NordicTrack VR21. He returned my call the same day & quickly identified the problem. After sending him a picture of the problem he called back with further advice on how to correct. I fixed the problem myself thanks to Rode's advice. My repair didn't hold so Rade came to the house fixed the problem & discovered another issue with the resistance mechanism & ingeniously solved that with a set screw saving me the expense of purchasing a new fly wheel. I couldn't recommend Rade for his competency, honesty & ingenuity more highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So pleased with my service appointment today! 100% satisfied. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, professional, and polite. He came to my house ASAP (next day after I called him), and he repaired my treadmill on the spot. He also taught me 3 new things about treadmill care that I didn’t know, in order to prolong the life of my very old treadmill. I highly recommend his services if you are looking for fair, honest prices, and great service.
