Their customer service is so painfully bad, I spent 7 hours on and off hold with them ON OUR COMPANY LINE trying to resolve something they weren't willing to work to resolve. 7 HOURS of our customers not being able to call our line because they wasted our entire clinical day.

Simply put they fail all audits 4 times a year. They simply don't care.
Note that all 5 star reviews have no comments that touch on what this company actually does.
Safe to say any company requiring fake reviews should be looked at with a microscope before purchasing services.
