★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a new treadmill but didn't seem to be working properly. Mio came out to check things out and was a wealth of information. Totally knew his stuff. He checked the machine thoroughly and helped us with all our issues. He communicated so clearly and was very patient with us and all our questions. I would highly recommend Beats! Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First call they lost my work order...Called them back after a few weeks and they apologetically found it misfiled. Finally they came and did a repair near the end of the warranty to replace the power circuit board on our treadmill and the tech was courteous. But....Our distance counter didn't work after that and when we noticed (not used that often), our unit was just past warranty. I contacted Beats but waited weeks for an answer for a paid service call request! I had another company come out and watched the repair as it was being done...Turns out, when Beats came out and repaired the treadmill, a wire was pinched by the cover which pulled the distance counter askew and it did not work. The other company found it-showed it to me and upon rearranging the wire and adjusting the sensor to the magnet, it worked perfectly. The other repair company even called me within 48 hours! By the time Beats called me back weeks later, it had just been fixed! I will use the other company from now on as Beats cost me time and a hundred bucks to fix the problem after their repair job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is awesome. Mio, within minutes, diagnosed the problem (poor maintenance by me). He repaired the problem and did maintenance on the treadmill. He also showed us tips on how to avoid future problems. Amazing service and great value. Would definitely recommend.

Neil, the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful right from diagnosing the issue to assisting in ordering correct parts, to ultimately doing the repairs. And the result is the bike work likes new now.
I found their rates very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for service on their workout equipment.
