There were some minor hiccups along the way however, their customer service/support was very quick to respond and offer assistance to resolve any minor issues that we experienced.
Our staff are still getting familiar with all of the features and functions of the new phone system but so far we have not experienced any serious issues or disruptions to our daily business activities.
