The quality control aspect of this business is nonetheless amazing. I will be referring you to others based on the professional organization you have put together. The girls Tina and Sophia were great!

Giving Genie Clean a chance based on word of mouth was a risk but highly rewarding. 22 year old floor looks 90% restored. Small dark spots left in the grout but it beats replacing it throughout the entire restaurant.

The difference with the people that arrived and other companies in the past, is these young folks care for the quality and satisfaction I wanted. d	deanna embree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY LIFE I am baffled with the service I have received from genie cleaning.. The first appointment i booked with the company no one showed up. I didnt even receive a call to inform me that no one would be coming. I called the Vice President who gave me some sob story on being worried about the people because its not like them and told me all of his problems. They then made me wait a week before they rescheduled my appointment! On the day of my appointment i got a call from the cleaner stating he would be late due to traffic. As a business owner myself I was expecting exceptional service to make amends and I would be willing to let all mishaps go. I came home to such a POOR quality clean! The floors looked like they were barley touched, there was NO dusting done, the mirrors were not wiped at all. In addition the employee admitted to me that he was not there for the full 3 hours I had paid for. I called the VP back again to let him know the lazy job his team had done. He apologized up and down, said he would be taking action and coming to do a free cleaning personally to make up for it. Sure enough came around and once again NO ONE SHOWED UP. After the Vp his self said he would be coming. The lack of communication, professionalism and effort this company has shown me is mind blowing. I will NEVER use this business again and would strongly suggest that everyone stays clear! Do your self the favour. I believe in second chances, i gave this company MANY and am appalled with the lack of respect they've shown me.

I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for cleaning or already has someone in mind. Worth a call for sure, especially Bernie and Annette whose attention to detail is awesome.
