Johanne from Physical Assets referred me to the company that they use for all repairs and I contacted that company and the technician walked me through how to fix the bike myself or at least try before bringing them in to see if they could fix it. His suggested fix worked and I called to thank him and Joanne and they suggested a little tweaking to further assist. In these days of lousy customer service Johanne set the bar at a level by showing that she really cares about and values the customer . I would recommend Physical Assets to all people with customer service like this. Thanks Physical Assets especially Johanne.

She was great at helping me identify my needs to see if the treadmill I had chosen was appropriate, and she got right on it to get me my treadmill from a limited supply while holding it for me while I needed to prepare a room. Overall, Johanne is super knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. It was a pleasure dealing with Johanne, and I will always contact her with any other fitness equipment needs I may have.
