★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon was recommended to me by a friend because I've had some really terrible experiences with other salons in the city. I have very fine and thin hair and it is difficult to work with. I came here and really felt like they understood what I wanted and were more than content to accommodate my long list of 'hair demands'. Service was polite, the price was right and the location is great! Would definitely recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to check it out because I found groupon. I am glad I did. Danielle was great! I really love my hair cut. She listened to me and also made great recommendations for ways to change my hair routine to be healthier. I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience here. I had the microneedling done on my face and my skin feels incredible and is still glowing a week after! I had my hair done as well and it feels so silky smooth and healthy. I am more than happy with this experience and will 100% be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to them years ago for a balayage, and it felt like a scam. Turned out extremely brassy after dying it twice (they don't know how to work with dark hair), and they tacked on all these extra fees (2x what my consultation price was). I was really embarassed and frustrated at the time, not knowing how to deal with them. I paid the fees but still feel taken advantage of, to this day many years later. This is why I'm leaving a review and warning anyone who's thinking about going there for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved getting my eyebrows done at Orya. Christina is the best! I have to get my eyebrows threaded and that can be hard to find. She was quick and painless and my brows looked great! She also suggested getting them tinted which i was bit apprehensive about. She assured me it would be great treatment for my thin eyebrows. Once I saw the results I couldn't have agreed more! Love her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t believe how horrible of an en experience I had here. Worse customer service. I bought a voucher from Groupon which cost me $60. Walked into to the place. The receptionist was the one that did my facial which was super weird. I have other hydro facial done. The process was so much nicer. She didn’t eat even cleanse or stem my face before she started the hydro facial. She just used the machine that didn’t even pull anything of my face. My face didn’t even feel any different. She kept trying to sell me stuff well doing my facial. She kept stopping and showing me photos of the outcome with the products that she was selling me on. She told me I had to pay tax. She charged me another $8. Never returning

It’s a one stop shop, so I literally get my AMAZING facials, manicure and My hair done in just two hours. I just started using the iS clinical skin care line after I was introduced to the most incredible “peel with out the peel” Fire and Ice treatment and I cannot stress enough how amazing my skin looks. The Youth cream is a MUST HAVE. TRUST ME! Thank you Orya for always accommodating my crazy schedule your boutique is always clean and professional with a pleasant staff. 10/10

Christina is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service! I’ve also gotten a message a few times and I feel amazing every time I leave there. If you’re looking to get pampered I highly recommend this place. Very clean and cozy boutique.
