We feel very blessed that there was an opening at this amazing residence as my client has lived in this area much of his adult life both in his professional and personal lives. Now retired he is able to enjoy the wonderful family atmosphere, exceptional dining and recreational/educational/social activities available in what he feels is his new home. My client has expressed to me that he feels safe and cared for and has all his needs met with very friendly and accommodating staff. As for my experience as his essential caregiver and personal/business assistance I have only an excellent review to provide for Hazelton Place. I feel very welcome and all of my questions have been thoroughly answered. I see my client is doing very well and has great medical/nursing care when necessary and he is very much “at home”. Kudos to all the staff and management at Hazelton Place. Thank you from both my client, myself and his family who know he is safe and cared for as part of your community!

I started of as server while still in school, after graduating I was lucky to get an opportunity for Marketing Coordinator. This is absolutely an amazing place to work and build a future! Our GM always looked for committed employees and gave opportunities for growth and promotion. The staff and management teams are very supportive. Residents are also very nice - they care for the staff and builds great relationships with them as most of our staff have been us for many years. It’s always a good positive feeling coming in to work :)

She is so happy to be in a facility that provides her with such a high quality of life. The suites, the staff, the food and the amenities are all top shelf. The new friendships she has made are irreplaceable to her quality of life. During Covid our family knows that she has been kept safe and we couldn't be more grateful to the amazing team at the Hazelton.

The intake team was so helpful and reachable in the handling of all the details of our move-in process including all the choices. We chose a large suite which proved to serve as a perfect middle ground from the house he was used to, it felt like an apartment. The nursing staff was incredible, friendly, attentive, they took over all the details of medications and treatments that had been so difficult for us to manage at home. They were always kind and attentive to changes we needed to make as his condition progressed. He made connections in the dining experiences both new and old, the staff there too was attentive to adjustments to suit his tastes. It was also easy to integrate the government funded supports in to the flow with the Hazelton staff. I would highly recommend the Hazelton experience. It provided the best environment for him to recover and for us to get the support we needed as his caregivers when the situation exceeded our ability to meet his needs at home.

They did everything they could to illustrate the features of the residence including allowing me to see a lived-in suite and inviting me to lunch. I was very impressed. The management staff were very thorough and bent over backward to accommodate my mother’s needs. I would highly recommend it.

E	Eric Keyser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leslie has been extremely helpful assisting by brother and I find a home for our 96 year old father. Very quickly we determined that Hazelton was the perfect place. Unfortunately, while other retirement homes have a vacancy rate up to 20%, the assisted living unit at the Hazelton has a wait list of around a year. They must be doing something right!

( they also have an alternative menu - has a lot of options) the nursing team responds immediately and are so caring. I could not be any happier then this for making the choices I did!
