The residents are treated with the utmost respect and their privacy is paramount in all dealing. The Signature Vibe is positive, friendly and resident focused in all regards. Oh and the food! The food is unreal! Five star retirement dining. Book a tour. You will not be disappointed.

Our residents are happy and full of compliments about staff and the great lifestyle they enjoy. I go home lighthearted and part of the reason for that is the excellent and supportive culture that extends right through to our head office.

Every building you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcoming smile by their receptionist. Not to mention how much fun all their residents seem to have. Did I mention the fresh baked goods?! I have worked for Signature Retirement Living for almost 7 years now at The Royal Henley in St Catharines. She is always leaving early or going on vacation. The residents are constantly complaining about her work ethics as a manager and are not happy with her services. She is never encouraging to staff and never motivating us on a job well done. Her interpersonal skills do not meet or exceed the quality standards of what "Signature Retirement Living" stands for. I do not feel she have a passion for what she does and residents are always talking about her poor quality of work. Positive and better changes are needed for a rewarding and pleasant resident experience.

The residents are smiling and are engaged in an activity. If I had to choose a retirement community for my family member, I would choose a Signature Property.

Time has flown by and it's been incredibly rewarding to be a part of the grand opening of Signature's LaSalle Park Retirement Community. It was great to watch the building come to completion, welcoming new residents into what is now a warm and comfortable community for all of our residents, their families and our staff. Signature's Services Guarantee and commitment goes beyond the experience provided for residents.
