Louez un local avec quelqu'un d'autre cette multinationale est loin d'être a recommander !
 Worst Landlord! VP René Arsenault is arrogant and talkative and contemptuous of his tenants, he sends an email to make fun of me with his colleagues and forget that I am in CC in the email! Rent a room with someone else this multinational is far from being recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from their underground parking. I carefully entered the paid underground located at 525 University Avenue. To my surprise my driver’s side front tire rubbed against the curb that was not visible from my driver’s seat, nor was there any signage indicating that there was a curb there and to use caution. This resulted in damage to my driver’s side rim. As you can see from the photo attached, this curb has black markings across it, which indicates that this happens often.
When looking for underground park, it is the company’s duty to ensure a safe space for their customers. A simple fix for this not to occur again is to have poles inserted onto of the curb so that drivers don’t hit the curb and cause damage to their rims.
I contacted the company but they were no help.
