J	Jianyu Liao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great concept and devices. Before and after compare is good too. However the techniques were not impressive. I felt my head was scrubbed harder than needed. I thought it is supposed to be relaxing. Paid extra for dry blow and had some tangles found later. Also be aware if you don’t like chilling cold water. Overall it is not worthy for me.

The experience was great, my hair/scalp felt better than walking out of a hair salon. Their products are great quality too that actually work. Everyone is also masked up, so I felt safe with the covid protocols. I'm definitely going to recommend this place to friends and family and be a returning customer!

I went with the hope to eliminate or I should say reduce dandruff and try to strengthen and grow the front of my hair line. Andrew gave me a very detailed explanation as what was going on with my scalp showed me before and after photos I was amazed. Andrew explained the issue and how this treatment would help. Winnie was the person who provided the treatment for me. She's an absolute delight and also very knowledgeable! She gave me tons of tips and tricks on how to keep my hair healthy. Following the treatment - which was so relaxing and pleasurable!!! - I noticed an immediate difference in my hair. My hair hasn't felt this way in years! I purchased the shampoo, conditioner and scalp serum. So I can use it at home to improve my scalp and grow some hair. I will definitely be a returning client! Overall, it's a fantastic way to self-care and relax. The results are great!!!
A	Angelica Samuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to my first ever appointment today. The place looks decent, a little harder to find parking so leave earlier than usual.. give yourself enough time. I booked at Odjibik because I suffer from oily and flakey scalp. Walking into location was ok. The system they use to look at your scalp is amazing. However, I thought this “facial” was going to be a lot more relaxing than it actually was. The “massage” lasted about 2 mins. The whole process seemed rushed. The chair they seat you at to wash your hair is amazing. The hair washing experience on the other hand was not. I felt as if she used the head massager tool more than her actual hands……. The blow drying part of the hair was another issue. I left with my hair still a little damp. I would of expected her to use the round brush on my hair to eliminate frizz. She didn’t even section of the hair to make sure my hair was dry before I left. Needless to say $125 is way to much for the experience. My hair feels the exact same way it would have if I got it just washed and blown out. I won’t be returning to this location.

Do yourself a favor and treat your scalp first...it's definitely worth it...Mabi is such a sweet soul and she does a great job on my scalp today. My Korean friends told me that scalp treatment is quite popular in Korea, but not that well-known in Canada. I have seen improvement (less hair loss and less oily scalp) over the years. My favorite products are the shampoo and serum. After every treatment, I feel more relaxed, refreshed, and my head feels lighter. Facial is not just for the face, my scalp also needs some pampering. ?

The staff were so nice and accommodating (I had two who were helping me, Valerie and Winnie I believe). Both ladies were nice and welcoming. The scalp massage was soooo relaxing and I enjoyed every step of the process. I opted out of the blow dry service and just went for the basic instead but Winnie went above and beyond and fully dried my hair! I would definitely recommend coming here to get a nice analysis of your scalp and get your hair treated! My before and after photos of my scalp showed a hugeeee difference!

A little on the pricey side but it lasts for a good amount of time. Staff are also friendly and welcoming when you come inside.
