Products aside, I cannot find anyone in Customer Care who actually "cares" about their customers. They are ignoring me. There is no way to find a phone number that I know of. I have requested a call but been ignore. I have tried to contact the Marketing Director on LinkedIn and either have been ignored, or she isn't really paying any attention to that account.
I find it so frustrating that a company would want me to buy their products but not care about me as a customer. It goes against anything I have learned or done in my 30+ years of working for small business.
Does anyone know of or have a phone number for Indeed Labs?
