★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jim made himself available at a moment's notice, I was able to pick up 6 pairs of dumbbells for a very reasonable price. He helped me load my car, actually did it all himself, and was very polite and kind, especially being 10pm on a Friday. I appreciate the openness and will certainly recommend to family and friends. Excellent service and transparent communication from the very first message to the order pick-up.
The price was one of the best available in the city right now, specially if you want to bring the machine home right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the owner, Jim Hamilton. He has a temper and very sarcastic. Read his responses to other Google complaints and you can see his type of character. He is quick to defend himself and blames others. A master at finger pointing. Take your business elsewhere and deal with a professional business person.

Jim was very professional, approachable, open with his communication, responded very frequently, pricing is comparable to other online sellers and I was able to get my BikeErg within a couple of days. Didn't have to deal with shipping delays, damaged packaging, slow customer service, etc. Dealing with OFit was spot on. I have already recommended this place to my other gym-mates and will definitely purchase from here again. And yes, the bike works perfectly!

Purchasing three concept 2 rowers and 3 spin bikes, Jim has been very professional, personable and super accommodating. His passion for fitness and customer service is unparalleled. He works around the clock to ensure his customers are satisfied and this even includes working during the holidays to get equipment shipped.
