The guys in the maintenance shop completely tore down fully inspected It and got it repaired I'm definitely grateful that I brought my bike to VOS Motors also taught me a few things along the way and gave me some good advice. Also want to thank the parts department as well too Absolutely phenomenal job and great service. Definitely recommend bringing your bike there good vibes and friendly atmosphere. Big Thanks to Daniel in parts you help me out a lot. Also wanna Thank Jin in part and Mike and Michael in Maintenance

Everyone from Jesse and Eduardo in sales to Jessica and Amanda in finance, where continuously helpful in making my first purchase with them extremely smooth. The service department is also extremely helpful in anything that you need. Amazing customer service from top to bottom!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to do an oil change and I put too much oil in my motorcycle. I decided to open the gallery plug to let some oil out, but in a previous oil change that I made I had over torqued the gallery plug way too much. Anyways, when I took off the gallery plug and tried to put it back on it stripped the thread of my oil pan and I couldn’t put the plug back on. I booked a service appointment the following business day, got my motorcycle picked up and brought to the shop. The mechanic, Bruce, dipped into his own repair kit and repaired my gallery plug within a couple of hours. He even equipped my bike with a free spool. I’m sure he could have charged me more but he didn’t. That showed me what a stand up guy he is. I even tried to pay him extra for dipping into his kit, but he wouldn’t take my money. FYI, I also bought my bike from the same place. I am so grateful that there are still honest sales people (Eduardo) and mechanics at dealerships. Thanks for the help, VOS Motors. I truly appreciate you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my first service for the 2021 Aprilia tuono v4 factory on March 29th, yesterday I noticed there’s been oil leaks. Later found out that the service tech did not tighten the cap and oil had been spilling all this time.
Way to go 5star Aprilia dealer! I paid you guys 400 bucks for an oil change (the service lady threatened me to void warranty if I don’t do it here). And yet VOS did not fail to disappoint me. If I didn’t notice this issue, the engine could eventually run out of oil and overheat. Or if the oil spills on the rear tire, I could’ve low sided in corners.
For the best of your bike and your personal safety, Don’t let VOS motor touch your machine. If you bought a bike from them, make sure you to do a safety check.
I’m not trying to be a rude customer but I am seriously speechless at this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New to the area, this was my first appointment. Brought in my Yamaha R6 - the service is overall great. They take good care of you, took my helmet and gloves, stored them, good discussion about what the bike needs and the mechanics (Bruce and Mike )also took great care of my bike, fixed a few issues I wasn't aware of, cleaned my Bike and gave me a bit of education which was very useful. Will definitely be going back.
