Found this dealer online. They have Sunday hours which is perfect for our busy lives. When we showed up the rep told us Sunday was a bad day and all their merchandise is in the back. We had no issue with seeing the merchandise inside. We tried to get information but he made us feel like he couldn’t be bothered. Very brief and curt. Honestly don’t offer Sunday hours if you are not interested in dealing with buyers. What a waste of time it was for us to drive down there! We are happy to take our business elwehere and we will be purchasing an ATV within the next week.

Horrible right from the start. Was told the Z force 500 would fit in my trailer upon pickup and the machine was to long. After my first ride I noticed they had put a used roof on the machine as it had the old drilled out holes from the previous machine. The solution for them was just to cap them after I was told they were going to replace it. Also the heat shield had peeled of 90%. They did make that problem right by replacing it. The machine also seized briefly while sitting on my driveway which according to them caused the belt to burn. Trying to load the machine onto my trailer I learned that the winch did not work which made this task difficult to say the least. Once the machine was dropped off at the dealer I waited almost a month to get the machine back. I called them and was told it was ready for pickup a few days prior and they had been trying to call me. No calls were ever made to me. I arrive at the dealer to pickup, start the machine and within the first three feet of movement realize there is still an issue with the drivetrain as the Z force is clunking and banging while moving. This was confirmed by one of their employees that was standing beside me. I am angry at this point and just want to get out of there. I loaded the machine onto the trailer and informed the staff I would be taking it to a different garage. (which they fixed) I also told the salesman I did not wish to speak to him and just wanted to leave as he was trying to get the mechanic on the phone to address the issues. I live an hour away from the dealer ship and chose to take the 407 as it is straight access there. As a result of my trips I have over $100.00 in 407 fees. the incident was almost a month ago and I have heard nothing from the dealer except a text from a sales person to tell me they had made an error with the VIN# when plating it so they would need to issue a new ownership and plate which I received by Fedex. The brand itself is ok but the service and organization at Gatway is horrible to say the least.

Purchased my zforce from them and ordered all the accessories. They were very eager to help me until I signed the contract. Once signed everyone disappeared. It was the strangest thing. I loaded my machine, never got the full walk-around and the accessories won't be in for at least 2 months. So I'm going to have to drive back 45min one way to get my parts. They wouldn't drop ship. I called head office. They were nice but full of excuses. Poor after sales support. I will update my review once I get my accessories and if the service manager and salesrep start responding better. Right now I'm in the dark. No return call was made to me.

First time buying a jetski and what a great experience, James and Mike were very knowledgeable and was very easy to make a purchase, they have a great product and price. I would highly recommend to make all your future purchases.

Horrible costumer service! Came her on a Sunday claiming its open from 12 till 2 drove 45min to get here no1 was here door was locked no tell phone answer so I left after 20min of waiting came bk Monday very interested to buy a jetski not one sales Rep approached me to ask if I needed any help.. All their products are scuffed up and bad shape asking top $$ I'd save ur time b4 it being wasted driving down here!
