★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Women Cardio Kickboxing classes lead by Mark is amazing combination of professionally instructed cardio fitness and elements of kickboxing which truly kicks your stress away. Environment in the classes is judgement-free, positive and very friendly. Gym is spacious, clean and has all required equipment. My favorite part is circle training. Everybody get a chance to go through various work station thoughtfully designed by Mark and it is not just workout, it is lot of fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been taking classes for more than 4 years and he’s addicted to the energy and positive attitude. The class has all levels and ages of participants and all are welcome. The instructor Mark focuses on making sure all students do the moves correctly so that they get a fantastic workout while learning proper technique. We were trying 5 different schools before (2 in Toronto and 3 in Winnipeg) and I can tell that Double Touch is the best of the best.
