They serviced the car, put in a new battery and replaced the brakes. The process was fast and pleasant overall.

I found Auto Island on AutoTrader. I loaded their website and it was well organized and they have a good selection of vehicles for all budgets. I phoned and spoke with Matthew in sales and finance. Since I was looking to rebuild some Covid credit blemishes I needed to get some financing through them. My experience was online. I offered to trade in a old Yaris with high miles on it and we agreed on a price for that over the phone. Next step was financing and Matthew was able to get good financing for me at a good rate through a major bank. I literally never saw the car. I dropped in to test drive the car a couple days later. About 3 days after the test drive Matthew text me and said everything was done and ready to pick up financing etc. all was done in about an hour. Later. My experience at the dealership is that is it in a tight spot. But the showroom is huge inside. They have onsite mechanics and a detail shop all in house. Everyone was nice. I always felt like I was respected even though I wasn’t buying a $40000 Mercedes. Dealership is clean but basic. No huge overhead. Clean cars and friendly service. One issue popped up after I got car home and we fixed in within the hour no issues or questions at all. I would certainly buy another car from Matthew and the team at Auto Island. Don’t be shy go check them out and you will see great customer service. What more can you ask for really but a great experience.

This car was in great condition and was really well looked after, Dean and the team at auto island did everything they could to make sure the car was up and running when the big day finally came around. Auto island as a whole has to be up there with the best of the best in terms of used car dealerships. Their inventory is impressive with a wide variety of vehicles to suit whatever you’re in the market for. As for the actual car buying experience, it was a complete breeze. I couldn’t ask for better service. Dean has been amazing the entire process, completely genuine and extremely helpful. 10/10 experience and will be returning if I ever need another vehicle.

He was very approachable and friendly and had a lot of knowledge of the cars and how they work and fix, He didn’t pressure us into buying the 5 a lot of the time we’ve dealt with other dealerships. He really gave us the best pricing on the market and made us feel comfortable in asking any questions and receiving honest answers.The whole process, which usually can be overwhelming, was so smooth and easy. When I bought the car, there was an engine light that I was told will be fixed when I take delivery of the car. It was, but then re-appeared within the first day. I had to take the car back, but Max made sure that it was going to be fixed right. They fixed it the same day, and no issues since! Really appreciated the no pressure buying experience. Thanks again.
