★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad that I called Fast Enterprises to assemble my Nordictrack c1750. I spoke with Sanja, who was very friendly and polite. This morning the servicemen did a great job building the heavy unit. They knew so much about the equipment and explained a few things that I needed to know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Fast Enterprises for all your moving related needs especially with regard to exercise equipment! The entire process was extremely easy to set up and was completed very smoothly. I co-ordinated my move with Sanja who was so professional, friendly and went above and beyond with the customer service she provided! She was there every step of the way! Additionally, I was so impressed with my movers who were Galo, Troy, Ty, Marc and Shane. They were very customer oriented, organized, accomodating and extremely efficient. I look forward to using them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of interacting with FAST Enterprises (F.A.S.T) recently when my Horizon T101 broke down due to excessive tension in the belt (The treadmill itself is highly recommended BTW). My experience has been nothing short of amazing! Though nobody enjoys having a product die on them but these things do happen and this is when you know if you made the right decision to invest in the product and company.
I can safely say that Horizon and F.A.S.T have earned a fan in me for life! The communication -- I had email-interactions with Horizon's service department and Olivera from F.A.S.T -- right from the time I sent the initial mail till the issue was resolved to my satisfaction was top-notch. Everything was taken care of seamlessly within committed timeframe. The visiting technician followed all Covid protocols, was a gentleman, qualified and extremely efficient. He informed us of everything he was doing to fix the treadmill, and gave us tips to ensure we continue to enjoy the treadmill for a long time to come.
In addition to that, he also noticed that the side cladding of the treadmill was coming apart and took the initiative to help get these replaced (these parts are on order right now). Not only that, he ensure that the existing cladding was not in the way and safely elevated it a couple of inches so that it does not interfere with the operation of treadmill.
I have seldom seen service companies with this level of extreme customer focus! Highly recommended for all your fitness needs, you will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Nick and the Fast Enterprises team to pick up and treadmill, transport it to our home, disassemble it to carry it into our basement, than re-assemble it.
The entire process was an absolute pleasure! From the estimating phase with Sanja via email, to the delivery, install and setup. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Fast Enterprises. We will be in contact again for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Fast Enterprises!! I was recommended by Keiser themselves to reach out to Fast Enterprises to help assemble my new bike. From the moment I contacted them I received nothing but great customer service thanks to Sanja she did all that she could to answer and accomodate my questions and needs. When Steve the assembly tech came he was very professional and had all the tools to get the job done. I stayed and watched to learn what I could and he explained everything to me step by step. He was also quite thorough in his install and made sure everything looked good before he left. I am extremely satisfied with Fast Enterprises and would definitely recommend there services to anyone looking to get their fitness equipment installed.

I reached out with a short timeline and high expectations and they were quick to reply, the communication was excellent, the customer service went above and beyond, Nick and his crew were efficient and extremely professional. They were generous with their explanations about the equipment and they moved everything expertly. If you ever need fitness equipment moved this is the only place to call. They are true experts.

They just installed some equipment at our facility and did an outstanding job, the crew would ask for our opinion to make sure the set up and position of the equipment was exactly to our liking.
