Les bouteilles ont coulés dans la boite. Ils ont essayé de faire un seul paquet avec les 3 boites. J'essaie de les rejoindre depuis quelques jours et je n'ai pas de retour d'appels. J'ai fait une demande sur Facebook pour leur groupe et je suis toujours sans réponse. Je viens de faire une demande de rétro-facturation auprès de Visa étant donné que je suis sans nouvelles. J'aurais dû y penser étant donné que leurs inventaires est pratiquement à sec. I ordered their products from their website and when the order arrived the package was far from consistent with post Standards Canada. The bottles were cast in the box. They tried to make one package with 3 boxes. I try to reach the last few days and I did not return calls. I made a request on Facebook for their group and I'm still unanswered. I just request a chargeback with Visa since I have not heard. I should have thought of as their inventory is almost dry.

Then I called them they give me another contact number I called that number they speak different language that I didn’t know. When they picked up the guy told me wait a second and he cut the line . I called him again he told me wait a second and cut it again . They wasted my 2 hours for waiting very bad customer service .
