★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SENIORS BEWARE! This place is so horrible, I don't know where to begin. I brought my mother-in-law for an eye exam and knew right away that this place was a sham when all the optometrist cared about was whether she was covered by OHIP. She was in a wheelchair, and this man had no compassion as he rushed through the exam. The people selling the glasses were rude as well, pushing their Hakim brand. Not sure what the going price is for designer sunglasses but this place seemed overpriced, I will go elsewhere. Even if the price is the same I would rather give my hard earned money to a business that treats their customer with respect as opposed to another $$$$$$. Don't waste your time people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company and the optometrist at Queensway are thieves. Almost 2 months and still no glasses. Problem after problem from the first day. Very misleading with sales and service. I tried to contact head office with an email and five phone calls and no one responded. Aggressive supervisor Tony called me with an attitude blaming me for their incompetence. It's a fraud. Stay away. Filing a consumer complaint against them. Sir Hakim is a fraud. What a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment I walked into this location the people selling the glasses immediately hit me with their extremely rude with a huge attitude towards us costumers. Just because they're a big selling company does not give them the privilege's to walk around all high and mighty with a rude attitude towards their costumers. Fix your rude attitude and poor communication. Maybe then, they can come to us and sell over priced glasses with horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wrecked my prescription glasses and needed to replace them asap. Katarina was an amazing help in picking out new frames. Because they were having a 60% off sale I purchased 2 pairs and could not be happier. Great value and really great service from Katarina in getting me in and out within and hour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time at this location. I was late for my appointment but they were able to squeeze me in.
The test was very quick and the optometrist seem friendly. My only feedback is that it would be nice to know beforehand what kind of drops are being put in the eye and what to expect.
In terms of the frames. They seem to have a large quantity of them. The two people at the front desk did not offer to help me look for any. They just seem to ignore me. I will probably try Lenscrafters; they seem to have better customer service.
