They answer questions honestly and straightforward. They'll point out better deals and options for the customer and maintain a high level of personalized service. Knowing you by your name? Here it's a given not a perk.
Great for business banking too.

Right from the time I made a call to the office till the time my account was opened, the staff has been super helpful and have treated me like family. β β β β β Unfortunately after decades of membership and a truly disheartening experience and one not true to the Credit Union system and cooperative principles has required us to move our mortgage business elsewhere. I will credit Moya with a last minute attempt to rectify however was truly disappointed with our families mortgage renewal experience.

Highly recommended.
Every time I go online, in person, or get help over the phone they've been quick to help me with any questions and gave me working solutions.
Also an amazing choice for families whom are starting bank accounts for their young ones!
Wheelchair accessible parking and lots of lot space.
