★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea what these other comments are referring to when they want to mention that the CSR is VERY RUDE? I can tell you please people... he is so far from RUDE. i have been going here for over 2 years now and he TREATS ME EXCELLENT!!!! He is a very nice Man and he will even go out of his way to HELP you if you ever needed some sort of help. I agree he has to have TRUST in the individual ... but it would be like this regardless where you go, they need to TRUST YOUR PAYMTS always ON TIME. Promises MET, PROMISES kept. then all is good. He truly is a wonderful man. You have to get to know him. Everyone is quiet under any circumstances at the beginning of any situation. People I can tell you all, this MAN is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Came for a loan and was treated like a criminal and denied loan for unknown reason. Very rude. Went to Money Martin down the road and was treated like royalty. Go to money mart people!! I've been going there for 6 months for loans and my prepaid card. I don't even show ID anymore. They treat me good!!
