★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful. Dr. Li is very open about explaining everything. And not pushy at all. Also the staff is good about giving estimates before your appointments so you're not surprised with the bill. My work dental insurance doesn't cover all the work I've needed to get done so the estimates were helpful so I can be prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Li is the most caring and friendly dentist one can ever find! He is always very gentle with his patients- in the treatment he provides and also in the manner he talks to his patients. He is also very kind to his staff. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Everyone in this office strives to makes sure that the patient is comfortable and gets a five-star treatment! The office is beautiful and hi-tech! My husband and I have been Dr. Li's patient for 17 years and would want to be his patients forever! Simply the best dentist ever!! All the best Dr. Li!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li Family Dental is a full service dental office that can do just about everything on site. I needed a couple of crowns and a root canal and Dr Li was able to do it all without having to send me to a specialist. He has a Computer Controlled machine that makes the crowns while you wait, saving a lot of time and multiple trips to the office. Dr Li and staff are very professional but welcoming and communicate very well. They even followed up with me after the procedures to make sure I was doing okay. His rates are reasonable and my health insurance covered 100% in most cases which is a first based in other Dentists I have gone to. I am happy that my family found them and would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greeted promptly at reception. Dental services were provided on time as scheduled. All procedures were explained. I am not a good patient but was put to ease and made comfortable. Procedures were all pain free. Dental fees were were submitted electronically to my insurance provider. Some dental groups do not submit any claims on behalf of their clients. Appreciate the services. Have recommended other family members to switch to Li Family Dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many years, our family moved our dental care to Li Family Dental. My first visit was urgent, as I needed an old filling replaced. From beginning to end, my visit was professional and pleasant. The staff was lovely, courteous and welcoming. Since that visit, my husband as well as my 24 year old daughter have experienced the same level of care.
So glad we've switched to Li Family Dental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of this practice for more than two years now. This is the only practice that I feel safe and not pressured into expensive treatments. Scare tactics are not used and the dentist is extremely patient and caring. He listens genuinely and does not rush. The hygienists are awesome and pleasant. The receptionists are kind and understanding. This dental healthcare provider seems to encompass all the good ethical behaviour of the past and is carrying it to the future.
