★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Growing up, I'd always been nervous about going to the dentist. After more than, embarrassingly, a decade of no dental visits I had a dental emergency that required a visit. I remember my first phone call to Alderwood Family Dentistry being beyond pleasant and they had taken care of me immediately that day, even had me in within hours of communicating some dental pain after my first visit for an emergency root canal.
I had constant communication via phone and email over my few months having work done checking on me, my progress, etc. I genuinely felt like part of the family.
During that time I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Asena, Rahiel, and my hygienist Kavita. I was always self conscience about the gap between my two front teeth and Dr.Asena spent HOURS making sure those four little teeth looked perfect, no matter how long it took her. I LOVE my smile and even cried when she was finished, NO MORE GAP! They always made me feel beyond comfortable and made my visits feel personal and inviting. Every single person you interact with in this office is the definition of home and caring. Since my first visit I've been trying to switch all my family and friends to Alderwood Family Dentistry. Thank-you all, so much for your continued, genuine care and love for what you do and for your patients.
Please don't change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't really post reviews publicly but my experience here couldn't make me not leave one. It has been numerous times since I came to Alderwood and the treatment never changed and only felt more like home with each visit. I still get the same top level work done, patience, caring and lovable team that I first met. Laura and the receptionists team have been very nice and always kept me up to date throughout the process.
Dr. Jonas have taken care of me so much, was very smooth with difficult dentistry work, so understanding and always genuinely wanted what was the best for me. He tried his very best and went up and down to see me whenever it was critical too.
This is the only dentistry where I never dreaded going to and was excited instead, lol. Thank you for the experiences and this is going to be my only dentistry that I will visit for a very very long time.
If you live in the Toronto/Peel , I seriously can't recommend a better team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best dentist I’ve ever been to. Extremely friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Their text and email reminders for appointments really ensure you don’t miss an appointment. If you have insurance or coverage through your employer they do ALL the work for you to make sure you’re getting covered to best ability. Wish I found them a long time ago. Will not go to another dentist, ever. Dr. Asena, Dr. Will, Rahiel, Larissa and Fahtima you guys rock (pardon my spelling) See you in December!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this dentist while looking for somewhere that could accommodate a family member with Autism. They were so amazing that my entire family has switched to this clinic. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience with anyone on this team. I'm so incredibly thankful for everyone working in this building. Judgement free, pain free, hassle free. Everyone is so genuinely sweet and happy. I can't recommend AFD strongly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never going back here. My daughter is extremely extremely traumatized after her tooth extraction. Her scream as the dentist pulled out her tooth will forever live in my brain. I've had wisdom tooth extractions and not felt any pain. My daughter has has been stitched twice and never screamed like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with ALDERWOOD FAMILY DENTAL TEAM. Dr Kevin is calm, extremely meticulous and highly skilful in his approach. Rahiel, his assistant made me very comfortable with her gentle, smiling nature. My hygienist Kavita is an affable person. The team’s dedication towards clients is greatly appreciated. The office sent appointment reminders on time. ALDERWOOD provides high-quality service at reasonable prices. The front desk staff was very efficient and accommodating, always willing to work with my schedule. The facility is well equipped and spotless. They take sanitation and sterilization seriously. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this team of dental professionals to those looking for any dental treatment.

Location is decent.
They do a good job. Dr. Kevin and Asina are great.
I would definitely that the customer service of some of the hygienists (George) and the young receptionist needs a revamp. Sassy and rude, is what comes up for me.
I'm switching out, very soon anyway. So, I'm not bummed out.
