Absolutely terrible company!! Avoid using there services. I have had over 10 incidences where they have taken my money and never issued me my product. When I make them aware of the situation, they dont seem to care. 5 of those times I had to fight them over the fact that the money was actually taken from my account, when they tried telling me it was cancelled and no monies were taken from me. I had to send them documentation of emails and bank statements to prove it, and they realized I was right after 4 weeks of waiting and issued me a refund. They then after admitted I was correct but never apologized. I had to go through a massive long process each time to prove they took my money. Each time I was right and was refunded after weeks of constant emails and calls. One time I was never issued my money back or paysafe card for $50 at all. I had all the proof from my bank, email transactions, and they still refused to refund me my transaction because they couldn't find it in the system. They had no interest in working with my documents to find out I was right, even through I've corrected their system with proof many times prior. If I would have have never followed up with my bank account each time a transaction never went through, I would have never noticed they took my money and their end would have never said a word as they never even knew it went through each time. The other few insidences this situation has happened they informed me they will try to look into it and follow up with me in 24 hours. It's amazing how they can easily take your money, but when there systems mess up as I have noticed happens very often.... they decide to take there time and usually take a few days to get back to you. I hope people see this and are aware of the the massive downside from buying products from them when things go wrong with their system. You may never receive your product, or money back if the system goes wrong ( which happens occasionally ) no matter how much you can prove to them the transaction has gone through. And if you keep bothering them by calling, and finally get them to see you are right.... they take days to confirm and return payment.

Great company with friendly people. I had my coop semester there for 4 months as a marketing intern. I can honestly tell that they love what they do, always nice, and helpful to their customers. Would recommend it everyone to work or partner with them.
