My fault for not clarifying assuming just for a small trim for very thin , fine hair with not much volume will be the most $40 .. wi was so shocked that I was charge $56 for a simple trim for the hair end. No styling. I felt rip off. Never will go back here

I’ve been there with María del Mar and she totally knows what she’s doing!! Fast and lovely results! Pro tip: she speaks Spanish!! Women’s cut is 60 CAD +tax in average. Then another day she made this hair colouring, little bit more pricey but totally worth it!

After showing her the photo of the style I have been doing for years and explaining in detail not to cut my bangs at all, she went ahead and butchered them ... Cutting them much too short!!! She didn't listen and gave me the impression that all I was doing was annoying her by my very presence! Horrible customer service!!! Nikki will be the ONLY stylist I will ever use IF I ever return to this location! UPDATE The owner personally called me apologized and offered my next cut free. So of course I waited until I needed a new cut and made my appointment with NIKKI!!!!

She was amazing and performed a colour correction and highlights that was perfect for me. I am so thankful to her for her knowledge and professional skills and easy going style. Thank you Total Image staff and Nela.

I was so delighted with the work Mary performed on my hair. She gave me a sexy, fresh look and was very kind and comfortable to be with.
