Fantastic Value Village! I've come here a few times and usually find some really nice name brand clothing in great condition. I also find that this value village has a bit better prices than some of the other locations that I've visited.

Really enjoyed this store until today. I had a really bad experience using their self serve checkout today because I asked a male associate if I could use my points during the transaction and he told me to just use it another time. I asked him if he could please help me because I wanted to use my points today and he got upset and threw all of items which I folded l, back into my cart. He got very upset with me and told me that I should β€œknow better”. After this he moved me to another self checkout counter and stood right next to me and when I asked for space he did not give it to me. He racially profiled me and would not give me space to pay. At the end of the transaction he still did not let me use my points which made no sense, and asked me to give him back the coupon I was given for donating a bag of clothes. I was stunned and couldn’t believe that one of my favourite value village stores treated me like this and racially profiled me. Don’t think I would ever be back. Value village is this how you treat your BIPOC customers?

Had an awful experience at this value village as a disabled service dog handler. This was our first time going to this value village. My service dog was fully vested and visibly labeled as a service dog. A employee, an older lady, approached us and said β€œno dogs allowed”. I told her that my dog was a service dog and that service dogs are allowed wherever the public goes. Before I could even finish my sentence she rolled her eyes at me and walked away! I wasn’t going to run after her but the fact that she didn’t even let me finish was highly unprofessional. My service dog was under control the whole time, in a heel. I understand that there is a increase in β€œfake service dogs” in stores but it is the businesses job to educate their employees about the laws that Ontario has for service dogs. It states in the AODA (accessibility for Ontario’s with disabilities act ) that if a β€œservice dog” is misbehaving or a danger to the public they can be asked to leave. But we were just walking minding our own business.

Heard a lot about it but was little disappointed. Prices looked similar to dollarama. If you have keen eyes and thrift mind, you will definitely find something to reuse. I went mainly for decor and furniture. Couldn't find good options.

We love to stop here at this value village when we go to Toronto. We usually hit up all the stores at what we call thrift corners. Salvation Army, Value Village, Mission Thrift Store, and Talize. This store is clean, huge and has a massive selection. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will be back next time we're in the area. 5/5.

The best value village of mississauga. The store is very well maintained. Great job team!! I love the way the display is done. It just feels good to see neatly organized stock. My heart warms up to see how people have donated nice things and so happy that everyone can afford what they need from stores like these.

I was in the area yesterday and thought I would check this store out. Not only did this location have a wonderful assortment of quality goods, but it was incredibly tidy. (Despite the customers...I saw one of them just throw towels on top of the racks instead of hanging them back where she got them from.....really??) When I was finished with my shopping, I also had a very pleasant experience at the cash desk. I believe the cashier's name was Stephanie, total asset to this store. Keep up the great work!! So impressed.
