★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thea place is CLEAN.
BESIDE That nothing is good.
When you walk around the store and looking for something, please don't disturb them as discussing their schedule is more important than helping a customer.
They are very good ?
1- pointing fingers where you go in the wide store
2- we are not selling the item.
3- standing in the cashier checking their phone .
Should have gone to walmart as least in the busy store someone will walk and tell you where it is.
Very bad experience for first time customer ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually prefer coming here over Shoppers due to the lower prices and discounted items but the staff are very displeasing to interact with minus the pharmacy which kindly assisted during my 2nd covid shot. Otherwise no hi very mundane last time I went 2 female staff obviously talking while putting stuff out and then I accidently grabbed the wrong item for which I thought was the price advertised and had to return it had one of those females interject and rudely try and scold me on the pricing like maybe just put the sale price instead of the discounted to confuse people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there to buy my own makeup, the associate in beauty section was so mouthy. I will just leave it at that. Even though if you won't interact with them, they will come to you and start saying things like do not touch that product or don't make a mess. I would rather not go there altogether.

Had the worst service by an employee or possible SM or ASM named Noreen.
Wanted to buy a birthday gift card, price said $4.99. Register rung it up at $6.49. I pointed out that the card said $4.99 and it didn’t say US or CDN. There was only one price. Cashier didn’t know, he asked Noreen and she just said it’s the US price. Again, card did NOT indicate it’s the US price. So I pointed that out and right off the bat she told me “not to fight” and wouldn’t change the price. She told me Hallmark comes from the states and their prices are in US. If that’s the case, maybe you guys should tag these cards in CDN prices? Anyway, I left the store, pretty angry. I called the store to get her name, and of course, she answered the phone. I asked for the name so I can file a complaint about her (lack of) customer service. She said “complain for what?” And I told her just that. She said they’re “not allowed to give out names” and I said “yes you are.” And she hung up the phone on me. Seriously? This is some sort of manager? This is how Rexall deals with customers?
Even reached out to Rexall head office, and haven’t heard from the DM for about 2 weeks now.

I had 3 items that were suppose to be on sale, I was charged the wrong price on all items the cashier said I had to buy 4 to get the sale price I showed him the flyer he said u have to talk to my manager I waited she came and had to look at the flyer in the wrong places she was rude with attitude. I asked if the used the scanning practice code she was rude again they don't have any manners I willnever go to this store again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good store with a lot of parking and not as busy as other drug stores in the area they seem to have a lot of good and uncommon items that are not found at most other drug stores and they also have a natural product and resources found in every section of the store as a healthy and environmental safer product choices available in every isles. This store also has a natural remedy and food section.I went there Thursday for covid test and found it very fast and great experience with safety protocol well adhered to so felt very comfortable and safe going here. Wile I was there I couldn't help doing some shopping and got a few hard to get items and noticed that they have a frozen food section.I also noticed chiller for dairy and cold beverages. Although the store was very clean I did notice that there prices were a bit high but the quality seems great. The checkout was fast and friendly with good social distancing well enforced and implemented protocol. This location also has a health clinic beside the pharmacy counter with good separation so I give this place 5 stars ? all the way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never recommended shopping here. Expensive prices even the flyers are more than the market prices. They don't accept tap or Mobile payments you have to bring your card. You will find a new not friendly trainee cashier for every day you visit it and the same as well for the post-Canada inside it
