★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst returning policy. I was literally told that if their product is defective they will help me get refund but they didn't do that instead they told me to call or mail customer service. They have worst customer service as they don't answer your call or any of your mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirt cheap lol. Love it! Quality is decent too, of course you get what you pay for. Don’t expect it to last but if you’re careful with your stuff, I’m sure it’ll be fine. They have all sorts of gadget for the home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one of the best stores in the mall. I always go here each visit. Alot of household, school and beauty products. Totally affordable and prices will be high for a reason! Hand sanitizers are provided when purchasing. Worth your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, well-lit store and very organized for your household goods! Their prices are very well priced. They specialize in household goods including cosmetics, stationery, toys, kitchenware and fitness as well. This store is consistent in layout with most franchises which makes it easy to purchase at other locations. They do a lot of collaborations with Disney, Sesame Street, Marvel and We Bare Bears to list a few. Most items are final sale except for some electronics which could be eligible for the 7 day return/exchange for defective electronics.
The staff at this location are all very polite and courteous! If you need help, they'll know where to find your product but also can check in the back for you. This MINISO is located just West of the food court between Urban Planet and Su&Shi Noodle Bar.
Do note, MINISO is not a Japanese store but is a Chinese low-cost retailer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, good variety of quality and affordable household items, stationery,gift items. They have excellent quality and affordable electronic items too. Keyboard for ten dollars! It looks great too! Great place if you love shopping stationery and household items. Talking about the customer service, I bought a laundry bag and a set of ballpoint pens, my total purchase was six dollars and ninety cents and cashier spent two minutes explaining me all sales are final and I won't be able to exchange the items I have purchased. When I told the cashier I am not going to exchange ballpoint pens I purchased for one dollar and ninety five cents I was told they have to explain their policy to all customers.
