I absolutely love Matt & Nat and this location always has the best stock. It's very enjoyable shopping freely without having to read labels to see if something is cruelty-free. I am always featuring their purses on my blog.

@Melinda and Ryan that work there, they are absolutely amazing at their job. Ryan was so quick with finding me the perfect card holder and travel bag. It was a pleasure talking to him. Melinda was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Both of them are amazing at their job, I had such a good experience there.

I've been to this location several times and have always had the pleasure of dealing with Melinda. She demonstrates a genuine interest in finding the perfect product for customers through her patience, knowledge of the brand, and positive attitude. Regardless of whether you know what you're looking for, Melinda goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I've made several purchases off of Melinda's advice and regret none. Keep up the incredible work; it's very much appreciated!

After the experience I endured yesterday I don't think I can return to this location if the employee I dealt with is present. I arrived to check out a bag I put on hold she approached me kindly asked me the color and had another retrieve it for me. When brought out I inspected it to make sure it fit my small wallet it did but had to be squished a bit I also wish the engraving of their name was raised would look more appealing. As doing so the short female with glasses kept going on with her pushy sales tactic to get me to buy more the other style which was the micro oh you can get this one for this reason etc it was very annoying I hated it I like to be just left alone to decide. But she was pestering me to save more if I buy more but I insisted the smaller version was not practical for me. She even went as far as to question the integrity of the leather to my designer wallet when showed she was just too much even bothering my friend who was looking at two wallets why don't you get both and they weren't even on sale. I couldn't stand here and felt bad for other employee's who looked overshadowed by her cashed out and left.

My son went to the store today to buy a wallet purse. The name of the person he dealt with was Dhagash. He was very professional and had good courtesy. I definitely would shop from there again.

I went to this location today, Wednesday, January 5 between 11:00 am - 12:00 pm with my mother-in-law. We were shopping for boots for her. We walked into the store and I don’t recall if the lady or man working said hello - I’m 95% sure they did not - but when we reached the back of the store with the shoe wall, the lady asked if there’s something we were looking for, and I said shoes. My mother-in-law found one she thought looked decent so we asked the female worker for a size 7. She brought out the shoes and was literally 2 feet away hovering over us while my mother-in-law tried it on. She didn’t offer any friendly chit chat, offer any input or have any conversation, just watching us. I said to my mother-in-law that I didn’t think we were social distanced enough as clearly the worker was less than 2 feet away and she still didn’t budge. It was uncomfortable because it seemed like she thought we were going to run off with the shoes! All to say it was an uncomfortable experience so much so that we left and didn’t really get to see if we actually liked the boots enough to buy them. We happily took ourselves over to Brown’s where we bought a lovely pair of shoes from a lovely gentleman. Please be kind to EVERYONE who walks in your store regardless of what they look like or your internal bias. Kindness and equal treatment of all patrons go a long way. I have purchased from Matt & Nat in the past, and this was a disappointing experience. Please change, it’s 2021!

I came into the store just to see what was new at Mat & Nat as I haven't shopped in a while. The staff was great in showing me what colours and styles they have available to my liking. It's also very helpful that they love the product and are able to share their own stories of which ones they love and have at home. I wasn't expecting to buy anything but purchased two. I think if anyone is looking for a great practical bag that isn't too expensive, this is the place. Today I was helped out by Bianca, Reena and Angel :) great team and very personable staff.
