The beeyond team is so friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about their products. Their systems are very easy to use and it’s great being able to monitor our home from our phones. The installation was very efficient and their prices were very reasonable (especially for the quality of their systems) in comparison to other quotes from the many other companies we looked into. They have been very responsive to any questions or concerns we’ve had after the installation as well. Overall we are very satisfied with Beeyond Security and would definitely recommend them!!

Stay away from them it’s been two weeks that then installed it and the technician is being here twice than not fixing the problem IA gonna cancel everything!!!!!

Couple young guys sold me a system that I wanted to get removed right away. They told me I had 30 days to cancel. (A lie its only 10) They then gave me the run around multiple times. I am now having to cancel my card so They don't get any more money from me. I have texts to and from the sales rep recording me asking for the system to be removed. They delayed the removal process until after the 10 days and told me that I would have to pay a cancelation fee of over 2 thousand dollars. The 5 star reviews are fake. I have given them 4 days to get back to me with no response.

SCAM ALERT !!! BEWARE It is with great frustration that I'm writing to you today and am hoping that you can assist me with a resolution. I subscribed to Brink Security System (three cameras, one doorbell) in November 2020. All had been going well and for the most part I was happy with my service - up until the beginning of September 2021 when I began experiencing ongoing issues without resolution (US customer service Ticket Number: 700888999, Canadian Customer Service Ticket Number:18266 The most concerning issue that I've been facing is in association with various sensors continuously malfunctioning. Sensors placed all over my house have stopped working and the alarm will bypass itself - leaving my house unarmed and unsecured - putting my family at risk and my home unprotected. On September 7th, 2021 and a number of times following, I called your Customer Service line and experienced incredibly long wait times to speak to a representative. Understanding that your team is busy and being desperate to get this resolved, I patiently waited. After expressing my concerns and issues to three different representatives, I was informed that a technician will be sent to my house to resolve the issue. Needless to say, that never happened and the issue still remains unresolved. Thinking that could be a technical issue, I switched my internet provider from Bell to Rogers. During the transition, my system stopped working entirely - so again, I waited an hour to speak to a representative who attempted to guide me through steps to reconnect the system - this process took about 2.5 hours. We were able to connect the doorbell, however, the three security cameras did not connect. He informed me that this was an issue on your end as the system was not accepting the password he provided me and said that he would arrange for a technician to come and take a look. He told me to call back the next day to coordinate a visit. Following his direction, I called back the next day and waited 45 minutes to speak to another representative who informed me that they will schedule a technician to come to my house. After a few days of not hearing back, on Thursday, September 30th, 2021, I called back and was informed that I would receive a text message in two hours to schedule a visit. Still having heard nothing from your team, I called back again on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 and had to wait another hour to speak to someone. After finally getting through, I advised the representative that I am incredibly unhappy with this service and would like to cancel my services. He then transferred me to the Account Management Department which was closed at the time. I called back on Monday, October 4th, 2021 and was able to get through - only to get yelled at by your Account Manager and be told that I will be charged $1300 to cancel my services. I expressed my concerns and experiences to her to which she replied that she would ensure that a technician comes to my house and replaces the entire system in addition to issuing me a one month refund. I patiently waited for another 45 minutes for my call to be transferred to a different department where the representative was not informed anything from the Account Manager and was unable to help me. While the representative was unable to help me, she assured me that a Manager will contact me to get this resolved. Now today is October 6th, 2021 - I have yet to hear back from anyone, a technician has not once been arranged to fix the cameras, my house/family remain unprotected and I have wasted hours of my time and hundreds of dollars on a system that does not work. I am incredibly frustrated, disappointed and unhappy with my experiences over the last month and am pleading with you to please cancel my services and waive the cancellation fee for all of my troubles. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take a look at my ticket which can verify the above Appreciate your time and urgency in looking into this matter. At this point I would like to cancel my service

The technician that came to our home was very thorough with the installation and also asking what our needs were to determine if we need any additional equipment. He also did a great job of hiding the camera wires. So very nice. Great experience so far.

The team at Beeyond Smart Security are friendly, professional and hardworking. They accommodated my last minute service requests and ensured my system was up and running before the weekend. I was very surprised how quickly they returned my calls and emails. Communicating with them was definitely a breeze and was not disappointed with their services at all.

I found Beeyond Security by searching in google. I was looking to get a complete Smart Home System and got 7 quotations from multiple companies. I decided to go with Beeyond Security since they offered me the latest smart home system at the amazing rate. I got a complete Security System with Touch Screen Panel, Video Doorbell, Smart Door Lock, Garage Control, Nest Thermostat, Smart Lighting Switches and Google Home. This system is just amazing! The app is easy to use and I love speaking to google home to turn my lights on! The Installation went smooth and they were able to they arranged to the installation the same day I signed the contract! I would highly recommend the full smart home security system from Beeyond!

In my opinion, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They installed a horrible system at the house that does NOT work. None of the sensor work. I have been calling them since day one and it’s been HELL. You cannot get a hold of anyone. The alarm is on, you can open any door and window and the alarm doesn’t even go off. What’s the point of having the alarm system ? They are a dealer from Brinks , they dont help with tech support, they don’t help with anything. Nothing they sold me works. Im my opinion, they are not prepared to do this job and they have zero knowledge on how to manage customers. In my opinion , hiring workers from overseas and relaying on a voip service does NOT work when you are controlling peoples home/ security. Do your research before and stay away from this company!!
