As the first time home buyers we didn’t know much about whole process and she leaded us throughout smoothly and reliably. Buying during a sellers market and covid season was a roller coaster - but Maggie always made sure to go out of her way to see any house - no matter how last minute...
She always made sure to fit us in - show us a variety of properties from city living to country living and made us feel comfortable during every stage of searching and purchasing.
Even during the worst snow storm we ventured out to see a house because of her determination to go ... it ended up being our dream home!

It was a six-month long process that involved a lot of frustration and obstacles for me; however, throughout all that Maggie proved to be not only a great professional with enormous expertise, but also a friend who offered support, encouragement and sound financial and other advice.
Considering the soaring real estate market prices, as well as the limited budget I had at my disposal, I consider myself lucky to have been able to buy a 3-acre property with a charming little cottage in the West Nipissing county, some 10 km North of Sturgeon Falls - in a relatively short time. Maggie was able not only to negotiate the deal for me, but also help me out with unwavering, friendly moral and professional support at the time of my greatest crisis.
In the end, I ended up buying the property I'd loved from the moment I first spotted its listing.
I love the little cottage in the woods even more each time I set my foot on its gently-sloping land. I've decided to cal lit WAWEL, Maggie...
