Although, buying a house can be very stressful, He made sure to make it as easy as possible. He explained the pros and cons associated with each property and did not rush us at all. (the utmost importance , especially for First Time Home Buyers - No rush, take your time, understand the market).
Just like many others, we too were anxious at the idea of buying a property but he educated us on the home buying process and from time to time, presented us with various housing options that met our needs. He was always patient with answering any queries we had and guided us well from the beginning.
His tons of experience in the real estate market, professionalism, great interpersonal skills and very importantly, his honesty and reliability make him stand apart. We would recommend him to anyone.

When I decided to list my home through him he immediately arranged to have it photographed and listed In record time. He held two open houses and followed up on every lead. With his guidance and negotiating skills my home was sold well above asking price in four days. I most definitely would refer and recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inder demonstrated several key traits through my home sale process which was very appreciative. To start, throughout the process, he was extremely professional and highly responsive whenever I tried to reached out. Inder also demonstrated a high degree of confidence through the process in his own calm demeanor...he consistently conveyed a message of confidence and assured the house will sell, however to maximize my return that me and my wife just need to be a bit more patient. Another key trait of Inder was his degree of transparency and candor, I always knew what was going on with the process as Inder provided regular updates and summary notes for my debriefing. Also, Inder was very candor in responding to any of my suggestions...even when we didn't see eye to eye. This open process always allowed us to get to the best answer and the result was selling my home in a faster timeline than I expected for an amount that was within my expectations. I would highly recommend Inder as your listing agent if you want someone who will be transparent and honest with you.
