My concerns are , they should have tried my payment confirmation first before testing me . I had to pay unnecessary fee for nothing. I wasn’t having trouble with my eyes , I went for sunglasses at eye and you , they suggested me to get prescription from there and I told doctor the same thing. If they had told me before that my company is not paying, why I would have gone for testing? At least they should have clarified me before. I work so hard to earn . Wastage of my 80 cad money, time and car gas .I kept saying that I just wanna buy sun glasses but they deceived me.

She closely monitor each patients conditions and follows up with any issues. Her staff at HOC are very courteous and friendly. The clinic has a very homey feel and you know that you will be well taken care of.

She is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and explains everything very thoroughly. I would definately recommend her if you are looking for an optometrist. Her clinic is easy to access with lots of parking and her pricing is extremely reasonable. She also does direct billing which is a big plus. Please visit Dr. Sy if you are in need of an optometrist and support local as this is her very own practice!

They will even help and assist you in all your needs, insurance coverage plan that will fit your budget. They also have a very nice modern eyewear collection that will not hurt your budget!
