★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spilled water in my laptop and it stopped working so I went to the geek squad in Best Buy and the guys there told me it will cost me $200 to assess my computer and they will have to ship it out which will take 2 weeks. So I was not interested in that so I called around and I found Akal's IT service near my house. At first I was a little nervious about leaving my computer in the hand of individual I don't know but he was very professional when I talked to him so I felt comfortable . I gave him my laptop in morning and he was able to correct most of the problems that afternoon. Unfortunately my computer suffered a lot of damage due to this water damage as well as previous fluid spill so I could not use it like before but he was able to turn it on and I was able to salvage my documents. The young man insisted to give me all my money back because my computer did not work as before. He spent the whole afternoon on my computer so I felt guilty to take back the whole money. So he came to my home and dropped of half of the money I paid him and he also gave me a hard drive to get my documents from my computer I did not expect that so I was very thankful. So long story short I just want to leave a review because I always like to read reviews before using a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my laptop to be repaired. I had taken it in to another shop and was not able to get answers. Sim was more then helpful and knowledgeable. He was great to deal with and addressed issues promptly. He also showed me how to do some of the windows and bios repairs myself. Id highly recommend and will use his services again.

It was a great experience for me as I had school assignments due to submit two days after, and wouldn't know what to do without my laptop. Overall great service and I recommend this company for anyone who needs IT support.

Very happy with the price I was charged for the work that was done, overall he’s just a great guy to deal with ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He works out of his basement and I took my computer to his house and had it back the same day. It took 5 hours to install a new hard drive and the computer worked great. Cost was very reasonable and I felt I got great customer service and deal. I was back playing games the same day and did not feel any regrets or second guessing. Or thinking I should have taken it to another store and have to wait days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my MacBook Pro in to 2 other people and none of them could figure it out. Within a few hours Sim was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed that same day. Quite affordable too. He even was able to help speed up a back-up laptop I had purchased. Highly recommend his services, quick response to calls/texts and very fast turn around time!

He also let me know of potential hidden costs if after the screen was replaced, the problem was still not resolved. Thankfully it was just a single part problem and he was able to repair it in less time than he originally promised, and was able to provide a reasonable price for the fix.
