K	Kevin Wiebe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my son has gone for a couple massages with a technician who made him feel comfortable, his second session was booked for an hour and was only between 40-50 min. When confronted with this ( up front) I was told “the owner needed to be talked to as well as the technician” but there has been no follow up. My wife even called to see and was told the exact same as I was 2 days prior with no call to her either. Check your booking time from when you enter to when you are done.

It always ends up being 45-50 mins, almost like they have been trained to come in to the room and start late. Even when my wife and I went for a couple massage and were 15 minutes early. Also, there was a day when I mistakenly booked the St. Albert location, the receptionist was extremely rude and simply not helpful. I admit I made the mistake but didn’t appreciate the self righteous attitude. I will gladly not be returning to this business.

I have a lot of previous nerve damage as well as neck and back issues plus carpal tunnel and Chasity sorts me out everytime! She is thoughtful in her approach with clients and takes the time to really listen to what your body needs without over doing it to cause flare ups. She takes into account at home stretches and shows you some tips and tricks to help between appointments. If you want a phenomenal massage with an amazing person then Chasity is it!

Most of the front desk staff are absolutely beautiful. The massueses I have seen were all perfectly professional and generally relieve you in exactly how you needed or asked. Pricing is super fair too especially for a first time customer!

The therapist repeatedly dropped the stones on the floor, but the worst part was when i was face up having my neck massaged and a stone was dropped on my face. Of course i attempted to contact the office the following day and was dismissed. I was told someone higher up would be in contact with me, never heard anything back. I decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and booked a 60min therapeutic massage for a couple weeks after. My second experience was just as bad if not worse. The massage was not 60 mins, and within two hours of my "therapeutic " massage i was severely bruised from my neck down to my butt. I was in so much pain i couldn't lay down on my back for 4 days. Finally just over a week later my bruising is almost gone. Of course i contacted the office once again, i spoke to "the higher up" and was told the owner will be in the office 2 days after my phone call. And surprise it's now been 6 days since i spoke to them and i haven't heard a word back. I would not recommend this place, and i definitely won't be back.

She also made sure I was comfortable and maintained the same level of pressure the entire time. I occasionally doze off during my massages so I appreciated the fact that she wasn't chatty!

I saw Allison for my first visit, and I like that she took the time to ask what issues I was dealing with, and checked in on me throughout the treatment to make sure I was satisfied, and feeling relief. I enjoyed her trigger-point therapy, definitely left feeling satisfied and that all my knots had been targeted! She was also lovely to chat with during my treatment! ( I am not one for silence during my treatments, makes me feel awkward and Allison definitely made me feel comfortable!) Cant wait to return!
