Best Pizza restaurant in Canada

A	Amanda Chekowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boston Pizza to us over the past few years has been subpar at best. Decided to check it out again tonight and glad we did. We were served by Brooklynn in the lounge and she was AWESOME. Very attentive, super friendly and our drinks were always full. We had a few appetizers and they all came out hot and tasting fresh. Tonight has made us want to come back compared to past experiences.

Otherwise best of luck getting your pop and water refilled. Even though I had a knife and fork the server just decided to bring an extra pair. Wonder why? Also it's interesting to see they let minors in the lounge side. The one star is for the good, which is decent.

The people who work there may be incredible human beings, but I am not sure how that passed as food before it was allowed to leave the kitchen. It was dry, flat, bland, hard, tasteless, crusty cardboard. My entire family is so disappointed. It's in the bin.

Ordered my beer and later my pizza. By the time my pizza arrived I had 1/4 or less of my beer. Server never once asked me if I wanted a refill or asked me how my meal was. If I wanted no service I would have bought beer and ordered take out. This place is a joke and the server should be fired for her lack of pride in her job. Just because I came by myself doesn't mean I'm less of a person
s	suzanne beau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so annoyed with the service. I understand it was busy today but I'm still upset with the service. We were told that the wait would be 15-20 minutes on ordering takeout for two dishes of pasta. We got there at 25 minutes after we ordered and were told they were behind and they would call when it's ready. So we waited and watched others go in and come out with their orders that hadn't been waiting as long as us. Almost an hour goes by since we placed the order and we lined up without a phone call to see if it was ready. When we finally got through the line there was our order under a heat lamp. We were informed they were making their way down the line and hadn't made it to our order yet. On top of that, our food is cold.
t	trevor turtiak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here for dinner Saturday night and it was terrible. The server was nice the food was a mix between good and bad, and it was a long wait for everything. When we first got there they had run out of steak. I have never heard of this at a restaurant that only offers 3 main courses and steak being one of them, and it wasn’t that busy when we first showed up. So My girlfriend ordered the Big Dipper, thinking it would be shredded meat on a bun as pictured when you look it up, kind of like a beef dip. She got one and a half slabs of over cooked steak on a bun that she could not bite through. She literally struggled to cut through it to show me how tough it was. She had to take the meat off and just eat the sandwich as a grill cheese with onion rings. My son said his bun was burnt for his burger. The wait for service between courses or check ins took far too long (although she did tell us at the end a server went home, so she was all over the place). The bill was all messed up, everyone’s dishes were on the wrong bills, so we put it all back to one bill and just paid it. They already seemed so overwhelmed that we didn’t want to bug them to tell them the food wasn’t good or the bills were wrong, we just wanted to get out of there. I’ve never had this terrible of service at Boston Pizza before. I do not recommend the manning location Boston pizza. It is worth the drive to go to a different one.
S	Sj Manning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good, and most of the staff seemed lovely, but I was SEVERELY unimpressed with the waitress Kim. She was flippant, rude, and extremely harsh to the other employees. I was disgusted by the fact that I could see and hear her rude behavior from my seat, and it quite ruined my first night out in months. I feel deeply for the other employees who were submitted to that toxic environment the other night, and I wanted to reach out my sympathies in hopes that management will recognize when a blatantly toxic employee affects the service and reputation of Boston pizza.
T	Todd Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time my family and I have had the opportunity to dine out we came on sat and our service was fantastic. We had the 7 cheese ravioli and the kids meals come with desserts . My only downfall was the kids cards expire and our server Misty told us they expire every year and we cant buy more until Oct. She ws fantastic and extremely helpful.
