C	Chivon Morris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glider at this establishment is completely unsafe. Please use caution (adults and taller children) if playing with your kids. Normally there is a safety stopper on gliders so if someone was to walk by they won't get hit in the head. Not only is there no stopper it goes right to the wall making it very easy for injuries to happen. I myself was hit in the head (with 70 lbs of my child behind it) and now have a golf ball sized bump on my forehead. Please caution your children if using the glider. A younger child's injuries could be much worse than mine. Also I'm not sure what kind of cleaners they use, but the staff at the front sprayed something on all of the equipment and didn't wipe it down..I mean maybe it was vinegar, but it didn't smell like it. The boat and the post office area was left wet and dripping..and then the kids went and played on it..just didn't seem safe if it was a disinfectant spray.

We were here yesterday and the experience was not like the first one. There is a foul smell as soon as you enter the door, maybe because of the shoes on the rack. Coffee are not free anymore and it's now $2.50 for a small one. Fries is good but the hotdog is so small and it is very dry.
M	Mom Hut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things that I like: Some staff is really good and they have plenty of options to choose from Nice place to sit down and eat food Washroom has proper equipment and stool for children's needs Things they need to improve: They need to clean the place more thoroughly. I have been taking my child to this place and found used q tip inside the toddler zone. Some kids wear outside shoes inside. Also, one time I saw a piece of glass on the floor as well. There is an women of Asian origin, I don't know her name on Wednesday's morning. She is so rude and annoying. She keeps on finding ways to linger on the conversation and force you to do things her ways. Please tell her to be more welcoming and energetic.

You can get the usual stuff for lunch,pizza,nuggets,hot dogs,corn dogs but they also have veggie snack packs and fruit snack packs. $14.65 for a 5 year old. Adult accompanying a child is free . Well worth the worn out kid you get to take home and the relative peace to read or surf the web while there
J	J Puddles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have tried multiple play places and this is still my favorite for my little ones 4&2. It's placed so you have an easier time keeping an eye on them. No strange hidden offshoots. Front area is locked. It's not too big so my 2 year old can play on the equipment with their sibling.
N	Natalia K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was Super excited to come here, but noticed quickly that it’s pretty subpar to what I was Reading in the reviews. I guess I’m the unpopular opinion. I have A 2.5 year old. The toddler area looks like a basic kids basement (Slide, ball pit, empty kitchen area and some random stuff to step on) not special at all. The little houses are about a 5 min entertainment thing (as they are empty) I would Assume kids would have more fun a bit older or if you’re comfortable letting them roam in the enclosed jungle area. Otherwise you’re sweating like a pig, can’t stand straight chasing your toddler in there. My Socks were DISGUSTING by the end. Sticky and black. Never seen one person sanitize, and it was hot as balls there. Won’t be coming back.

During our time there, I saw them wiping some of the high surface play area and sitting place for about three times. I am glad to see that because it make me feel safe that the place is clean and disinfect. I wore a white socks and came home to see the bottom of my socks is not that "bad" which means the floor are also clean. They have variety of food and their washroom are clean also. I bought a package of ten tickets but noticed only receive 9 tickets in the package and they fix the problem by giving me 1 ticket. Will definitely come back because I feel peace knowing that the place is clean and customer service are really good.
T	Tariya Descheneaux-Empey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loooove that they serve starbucks haha! Saviour. However, very basic food choices at their cafe, (more sandwich options or burgers would be cool? Wraps even? ) but it did have a lot of grab and go options in the fridge if you want fruit or cheese. They didn't have much staff to help with cooking it seemed at the back... etc. Just seemed too busy in that regard. But, for a play place it was pretty clean and all the kids had fun so I have to say it was a blast for my fam! 4 stars easy.
