★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is very clean and the maintenance staff is very friendly. The building manager, however, is absolutely miserable to work with. She doesn't answer voicemails, is slow to answer emails, and is very snarky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building and its maintenance is fine. A decent quiet neighbourhood and complex. the BIGGEST and most FRUSTRATING issue however is the delivery services. Both sides of the building have the exact same address. the only thing that differentiates them is a '1' or '2'. example there is a 1-101 and on the other side 2-101. 99% of the time delivery that is from Amazon or food services go to the wrong side. i make sure i go down to the lobby for food delivery or order things at someone else place. My door is always being knocked and food is constantly being left in front of my door. Spoke to the neighbour with the same address but they seem not to be bothered. This is definitely something that makes me think twice about continuing to live here, my mail has been displaced and i'm constantly getting others large delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in the building for more than 10 years. At one time it was a good place to live however since Ayre and Oxford took over as property managers it has become a total disaster. Snow and ice not removed in winter bandaid put on issues rather than repaired and a hostile and ineffective property manager. Condo board that allows poor management.
