★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel as though I was hit with hidden cost and told wrong prices quoted improperly possibly the last time I trust kal tire. the technician in red deer never misquoted me and never charged me outrageous prices when all I wanted was a new steel rim for my winter tires and the tires put on.
That's it nothing apparently I had to get sensor which I was never told I needed and put on without asking so I feel that I am owed money for that fact. I should not have to pay for a service that I did not request and then told I have to pay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time getting tires changed out. Came half hour early and drank some complimentary star bucks coffee and tazo tea and hot chocolate. Comfy Orange chairs. There is wifi here. Staff is friendly, helpful and informative. They ran out of popcorn so no luck there. wandered around a bit. After 25 minutes from my appointment time my car got moved inside. Not sure how long it would take to do tires and allignment and road test but they would let me know via text when they are done. So far took them about 3 hours which i find is a bit long. Coffee filters needed to be changed at this point so i opted for tea. Finally got my tires done due to the long wait time they compensated me a bit for the wait. I would of have given 3 stars but because of the compensation i am giving them 4. They have life time balancing and tire repair so very good benefits and care plan. They ensured my allignment was good to go. Overall i think they did a great job and had great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we were victims of bad luck, they were running late to start the day, and a tire mounting machine decided it didn't want to work anymore, so they were running on half equipment.
The staff were great, popcorn fresh, coffee had a jolt. Their equipment might need a tune up. However 4 good visits and 1 bad isn't a bad.

I had an issue with a quoted price on 4 new tires. The tire size quoted was different than what the specifications were for my 2019 Ford Flex which I asked for on the quote. To make a long story short, by the time I paid my final price was well below the quoted price. Daniel took it upon himself to go above and beyond my expectations and resolved any bad feelings I might have had. I am very happy ? with my experience and highly recommend coming here for your tire needs.
Good service. I had the low tire pressure come on in my vehicle a couple of days ago and I filled up the tires but within 24 the sensor was back on so I looked at my tires and the back left tire looked the lowest so I went to this location at about 5 pm and although they close at 6 pm and were busy they said they would look at my tires to see where the leak was. It turns out the back left tire had a small nail in it. Kal tire fixed it even though they stayed till after 6 pm. Thanks. It did cost about $40 but I have neither the time nor the equipment to fix it myself and to have a leaky tire is not good. So I consider it money well spent. The store is clean and well lit. The customer waiting area is comfortable with free coffee, tea and water. The staff is friendly and courteous.
