★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got into an accident with the last car I got from them and I felt so bad ? but they were very understanding and quick on getting me into a new vehicle. Moe is the best sales person there and Chad the finance manager he's super friendly and gets the paperwork done quick and makes it easy for you. Thank you guys so much for helping me out with getting into another vehicle. Hopefully I'll have better luck with this one You guys are the best.

But if you get bad service talk to the manager.

From the moment I reached out with initial inquiry to Ricky Anderson,he was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicles and steps but but taking my expectations into consideration and walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seemless and made the experience very pleasant.
The teams Ricky, Rob Gill and Chad Menard attention to detail and listening to their customer in selecting a vehicle matching my wants, needs and budget was unparalled- going above and beyond in every aspect! Ricky, Chad, and Rob were very informative and answered every question patiently and informatively.
The team at Londonderry Dodge was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and patient.They did everything to ensure total satisfaction for the customer. Pricing was fantastic and the sale took place seamlessly with every step proceeding in a most timely fashion. I was able to drive my vehicle home the same day as the purchase. I love my new Red Jeep Renegade!!!

Went in for oil change -express service. When I first visited them in Aug 2012, I paid $52.45. The price had been increased every time I visited them. Today I paid $106 for the exact same oil change service. My wage hasn't been doubled in 9 years. Sorry, can't afford visiting you anymore.
The customer service quality varies. One star is for the lady who booked me the shuttle service and the crews work at the back. One lady(looks like she was training a girl) who works at the express lane needs her customer service skills being improved. I didn't pay this price for that impatient and snobby service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Service manager not a lot of businesses WOW me when it comes to service but I have to say Londonderry Dodge really knows what service is about. From my sales Rep Ken to getting my parts covered under warranty after already being quoted a price and now my most recent experience. Bought a soft top for my Jeep, went to pick it up and unfortunately my 2 door Jeep was too small for the box. I was ready to go rent a truck and come back, but they didn't let me, they loaded it up in their parts van and delivered it to my house free of charge right then and there. Londonderry Dodge you bring the Wow factor to Service and that needs to be recognized in today's world. THANK YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were out looking for a new vehicle for my wife. Londonderry was our 3rd Dodge dealership. I was skeptical as it's a city dealership. I prefer small towns. Wow I had to eat my words on them being a city dealership. They were beyond awesome to deal with.
They greet you when you walk in. And they ask you what you are looking for and what budget you are working with. There was no trying to up sell a higher model. It was a very positive experience. So glad we stopped in there. All round best dealership I've been in.
