★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot give enough praise to Nizar and Coleman two of the Finance Managers. These two fine gentlemen went way over and beyond to make the perfect deal. There was zero pressure. They listened to my questions and concerns and let me set the pace. They never once tried to negotiate on payment, and instead found the right vehicle at the right price for me. I noticed a small error on pricing and pulled up the online ad for the vehicle, and without hesitation they changed the price of the vehicle to match that ad.
Nizar went way out of his way to stay late and wait for me to get back with all of my documentation so I could take my new truck home the same day I came in. From the start of the test drive to when we signed the deal, was a matter of a couple of hours, and most of that was me checking and rechecking the vehicle. The level of patience exhibited by these two gentlemen was beyond any expectation I could have even remotely imagined from a car dealership.
These two gentlemen are superstars and I would not hesitate to go back and see them again. From the initial contact with them, they were the only people I ever dealt with. How many finance manager in a dealership come out with you on a test drive? Coleman did. He let me take the vehicle on a test drive which matched the conditions the vehicle will be used for. Not just a run around the block. They then loaned me a dealer plate so I could pick up my wife and show her the new ride while we were taking care of registering it.
If I could give them a SIX STAR rating I would, and in fact I am. SIX STARS to these gentlemen.

If you had questions, he was easily accessible and would tell you what you need to know. I would definitely recommend XS Credit to anyone looking for a vehicle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently leased a vehicle through this company and honestly can say I got the BEST service I have ever gotten in my life. I worked with Craig and Nick C closely to get everything sorted. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me into a vehicle that perfectly suited my needs and my budget. They made me feel like a valued client and not just a walking dollar sign. The amount of effort and time they put into everything is amazing, answered any questions whenever I had them no matter how small they were, without sounding like I was wasting their time. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to get into a vehicle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2014 ram 1500 from these guys, the guy at first didn’t show me what I asked for, I finally found what I wanted. The truck had some damage on it so I tried to haggle the price a little bit due to the damage, he absolutely refused to move on the price. I bought it anyways cause it was pretty much what I wanted.
HOWEVER,
3 months later and the truck has had a MAJOR mechanical breakdown not once but TWICE! I’ve only owned the truck 3 months and put 9500kms on it and haven’t been able to drive it a total of 2 and half weeks since I’ve had it.
Thankfully I got the FCA warranty on the truck and it has covered the breakdowns, if I didn’t get it, I would be out $7500 right now for repairs.
if you buy a vehicle from here, GET THE WARRANTY!!! or you could be out thousands of dollars cause apparently the mechanics there can’t be trusted to fix a vehicle.
Also, he signed me up for the wrong warranty, took a day of fighting with the manager to get him to change it.
Not happy with my experience at all.
